Oldie for Friday

Happy Friday to you.

Here is my "Oldie for Friday" where Erika invites us to show an old card or craft item which was made some time ago.

We link with Erika  on her snappy crafts blog   then leave a message and she returns the visit.

This card was made with some of the Papermania Portobello Road stuff which was around a few years ago.

I've still got quite a lot left plus the Union flag embossing folder and a number of stamps.

There is a lot on the news today about the celebrations for the Queen's birthday in June.

Ummm! I think I might be able to keep to my 2016 resolution and use up old stuff.

Hi Barb,
what a great Oldie today.
Love the wonderful flag background, and the lovely bunting.
Yes I think we are going to see a lot of this type of thing this year with the Queens 90th.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

Wow, that takes me back, the whole country went red, white and blue. I've still got in the loft a dress from Asda that had greyscale Union Jacks as the pattern that was out for the Jubilee. Love the card, you can't beat a bit of Forever Friends!

Fun card, Barb! Bet it's going to be exciting building up to the Queen's 90th! My one visit to England was the year of a Jubilee--so neat!

Hi Barb, sorry I am late, I had a few technical issues over the weekend. Thank you so much for joining me in sharing an oldie. I think I might have those papers somewhere in this craft tip, I love them. They go lovely with the postcard in the middle. A super oldie.

Hope you had a good weekend, hugs Erika. x
