Morning Everyone,
Some time ago I bought a couple of the packs of Zentangle cards and have been having a go.
This is my second proper attempt - I might feel brave and show the first another day!
Sticking to my new year resolution and using old stuff I dug out an old border punch for the side strip.
I added a little pearl because I thought it looked a bit like a seashell.
I would like to enter this in

Terrific Barb! Wait until Sarn sees it - I'm sure she's gonna love it too. And the punched strip is a lovely finishing touch - along with the single pearl :)
Hugs
Di xx
This looks fabulous Barb and a brilliant second attempt. That's a super border punch and the splash of red looks great with the b+w xx
Hello Barb, lovely card, I always thing this tangling technique is quite complicated, so well done you for your second try, the colours are fab, Kate x
Brilliant Barb.....and yes I can see a shell in there too!
Wow thats so impressive - I am another who can't believe its only your second go!
This is something I have not attempted yet Barb, I think you've done a grand job and the red, black and white really makes the zentangle pop.
Hugs Erika. x
Great zentangling - I haven't tried this but it's beautiful and I hear it's very relaxing to do. One of these days, I will try my hand at this.
You definitely have an amazing talent for this, Barb! I suspect there's no reason, other than you being too self-critical, not to post your first attempt, too. I'm sure it is also fantastic! And way to go sticking to your resolution!! Hugs, Darnell
Oh my goodness just you wait until Sarn sees this!!! This is gorgeous and I can defo see the sea shell. Try saying that 5 times after a glass of the old vino. Speaking of which there is a brew up going on behind the bike sheds. A spot of mulled wine is just what The doc ordered. don'rt going telling miss or Parsnip though. Hugs Mrs A.
super zentangling barb. looks fab with the red too. hugs rachel x
I'm just enjoying a glass of vino whilst cooking dinner. See you for the brew up later. x
Brilliant card Barb....great sea shell image and i love the touch of red....Joolsx
That's some great zentangling on this pretty card! I love that border punch and used to have one myself, but it broke a long time ago. It still makes a great border!
. . . and I HAVE just seen this brilliant tangle . . . I think it's marvellous and wish I'd been this good on my SECOND attempt. Trust me when I say it gets easier & easier with practice. Not that you'll need much practice . . . you're clearly a natural. I think we'll call this a Barbtangle!
Love the black and white with the red too. Top marks mate. Xxx
Beautifully done, Barb! I think I may have that border punch--perfect for this card!
Thank you for your very kind comment Sarn. It's very special with your reputation for tangling. I had filled in a few pieces on stamps. This is my second free hand one. xx
Brilliant Barb, looks very complicated. Love the splashes of red - makes the Zentangle pop :) Elizabeth xx
Wow this is a wonderful Barbtangle! Like Sarn says you are a natural, because I found it really hard xxx
Lovely design Barb, what a lot of work but well worth it the finished card is beautiful. Love the pop of red.
Oh WOW, Barb! This is just amazing. Like Sarn said, you are a natural! xx
Beautiful Barb! The red perfectly showcases your work and I love the addition of the pearl.
Brilliant card Barb, well done indeed! I really love this.
