Parchment Sampler (1 of 2)

This is a parchment sampler that I did several years ago.

It is the first large parchment piece I did and took quite a few hours to finish.

I have this up on my wall as a picture and took it out of the frame to photograph as I was unable to photograph it without any reflection from the glass.

Scroll down to see the centre enlarged.

This parchment work is absolutely beautiful Barb and the coloured flowers are so prettily coloured. What patience you have to do work like this! x

This is beautiful! I've just seen the fun cards you made at Looby Crafts - brilliant! Chrisx
ps the painting over images is not original - first learnt at a Lindsay Mason workshop and then reminded of it the other week!! I works over magazine pictures too!
