Spot painted daisies

This is the first card I made with the Woodware framed Daisy stamp.  It's a very quick and easy card so ideal for my charity box.

I stamped it twice.  I coloured the leaves and border with Promarkers on the first image and just coloured the centres with yellows and parts of the petals with pale blue Promarkers on the second.

I cut out the centre of the second image with a diamond shaped Spellbinders die and wiped round the edge of the die cut with a little grey Distress ink before matching up the pattern and attaching, at a jaunty angle, to the complete image.

I heat embossed the sentiment onto some parchment paper then added the two brads before mounting the image onto a black card.

Unfortunately the blue is very pale and doesn't show up too well in the photograph.

I've never seen a card with a subtle triangle die cut placed in the center, but I really like it!! This is a CAS beauty! NJ!
