Isn't he super cute!
But two sunflower seed kernals in that tiny little beak. Goodness knows how he managed to eat two at once.....
This is another photo taken by my hubby who has now built himself a hide in the garden - right next to my craft cabin door. DH seems to have forgotten all about the bugs and is now very keen on birds.
This little chap made me smile so I'm linking this photo to A Stitch in Time, Smile on Friday.
Have a lovely weekend!

Hi Barb. What a brilliant photo. I love the birds and had a really huge garden at our last house and also had a bird hide with nesting boxes and feeders down the bottom of our garden. Thanks for sharing.
Hugs,
Annie x
What a lovely photograph, feels like you could almost touch him (or her!). Thank you so much for your lovely comment over on my own blog
Have a great weekend

Amazing photo. What natural skill to hold those two seeds together.

Beautiful photo. Your hubby is very clever. Not sure I would want mine quite so close while I was crafting :D. Have a great week . Soojay 8
I know how hard it is to capture birds on film (even digital), so I applaud your hubby for his efforts, even if they are close to your craft room. This is one clever, clever (and possibly greedy) bird, too. Have a great Friday and weekend.
Hi Barb. What an adorable photo! How fun that your DH has a little hiding place to take outdoor photos.
I left the font you are using, what is it called?
Thank you for stopping by!
Hugs,
Kay
Hi Barb....well done your hubby on getting a great photo....I think I like birds over bugs!....Joolsx
That is a very clever photo. Isn´t he just lovely. Lucky you if he/she has babies in there to feed. Kate x
Fab photo - I love birds! x Jo
Barb this is such a lovely photo, he's so cute. Long day (nearly 10 hours) for us but we have arrived safely with plants and cats in good order. My garden here is suffering so I'm glad it's only 3 weeks till the final pack and move. Hope you're enjoying your weekend Robyn
ps I love the idea of packing the ironing board...not my favourite chore ever
Such a great shot!
Oh what a lovely photo. I can imagine your hubby has left the bugs. The birds are beautiful.
Thanks for commenting Friday and sorry for being so late myself. (I got busy). Have a good week,
Lisca
