Get Wool Soon!

Good Morning and I hope you all enjoyed your weekend.

We're back from a long weekend away in Norfolk with my brother in law and his wife.  We really had a great time.

As we've been away I have lots of catching up to do. It's a busy day as I'm off to craft club shortly and have a friend coming this afternoon so will be visiting later.

I made this card some weeks ago when I decided it was time to use older stamps that haven't been out for a while.

This card was made using various Inky Doodle sets of stamps and as you can see lots of snippets too

So I thought this card would be just fine to take along to enter with the girls at Pixies Snippets Playground - Week 251  also entering

Just right for the 'playground' lots of snippets including the wool - great card. Enjoy your craft club. I think we are all guilty of having sets of stamps and so on which don't get used nearly enough - could be a sign of 'overstocking'!!

Hi Barb, great card. I like all the woolly references, especially the greeting, and the woolly tassels are ingenuous :) Elizabeth xx

PS: I've just read your profile and was stunned when I read how many cards you make a month - that's supercrafting :)

Sweet! What a cute card Barb! LOVE that 'knitted' background! Thank you for your kind words on my blog for myself and Mum, it was greatly appreciated! I'm afraid I must dash, got to sort out some more things that my poor mother had got into a muddle because of the Sepsis! Have a wonderful week! Hazel xx

Love this silly sheep with the knitting ball. The DP works great with the knit theme, as it looks so textured. Love the way you've drawn the trio of yarn embellies at the bottom. Pretty design, and just a cute fun card to brighten someone's day. TFS & Hugs

So glad you had a great time in Norfolk Barb. I have been there several times but many year ago. I love this image with the ball of blue wool and needles, and the knitting in the background with the three complementary blue tassels works so well. Cute sheep and butterflies too. A pretty fun card. x

How nice to see that sheep again. The get wool soon made me laugh. Great card. I like that you added "knitting" to it in the form of yarn tassels.
