First I would like to warmly welcome my two new followers Maxine and Sue . I'm sure lots of you know them both well. Both make super cards so do pay a visit.
Having seen lots of cards made using Sue Wilson's Shadow Box dies I just had to get a some. This is the first card I've made with the set and it was great fun although it took much longer than expected.
I used snippets of paper from my stash behind the main die and scraps of white card for everything else using glitter pens and a Wink of Stella gold pen for colouring.
The panda stamp came free with a magazine. I paper pieced his balloon and added clear sparkle pen to his white bits.

I've been drooling over those Memory Box dies for a while now, I really love how you've used it here, with some of the windows as a background rather than a frame, it adds a lot of dimension to the card

This is darling, Barb! I loved looking over all the fun little touches and details. I can see why it would take a while to do this, but this card will surely be cherished by someone! Great use of the shadow box die - so versatile. Love the panda - managed to resist that magazine in the week but maybe it will still be on the shelves.....!!

This new die is lovely and can be used for all kinds of cards. I love it here with the tiny cupcakes and that panda stamp is cute.

Hi Barb, I got a glimpse of this cutie at Darnell's but was scrambling to get some commenting done, so didn't get to you just then. I love SW dies, and this one looks as though it will be so versatile. It's wonderful with the snippets 'wallpaper' backing the openings and just the right setting for Mr Birthday Panda and his colorful balloons & tiny treats. What a delightful birthday card. I'm a pushover for these stitched dies and you've got a winner on this one! Great that it met NBUS & Snippet requirements! TFS & Hugs

A great card - love how you used the die, there are so many possibilities aren't there? I always forget that the outer edge isn't going to cut when I use mine and so takes me longer to sort that out so it is straight!
