Rudolph Day - February

Happy Rudolph Day to you All!

As it's 25th of the month it's time again to join Mo with a Christmas card on her Scraps of Life by Scrappy Mo blog.

This little angel is one of my favourites and is by Judikins.  She was one of my first stamps and comes out every year.

I stamped her and painted with my water colour pencils then paper pieced her dress and added glitter to her halo.

On the top left of the topper, not showing well in the photograph is an angel that I embossed with a brass stencil.  I pricked holes in the bottom of her gown.

I stuck a scrap of paper behind the little angel and another strip to ground her then did a little more paper pricking.  I used a starlight  Sakura pen for a bit of sparkle on both angel angels, the holly leaves and round the edge of the white card.

Finally I added a punched snowflake and one little gem.

I love this stamp too. I have her little partner who has her eyes open. I bought them as a pair called 'Praying and peeping'. I like the way you have paper pieced her skirt. Lovely! Kate x
