My Sewing Room!

I'd like to start by welcoming my new follower Karen and do hope you will pay her a visit.

I'm afraid this is about as near as I'll get to a sewing room.  It's not sadly a skill I have.

I've brought together different sets of stamps for this card.  The body form and sentiment are by Hero Arts, and the basket  is an Anna Griffin stamp with the lace and little pink bow added.

I used Inky Doodles for stamping the background then coloured it all with Pro Markers.

The button was cut from an old shirt of hubby's and I added tape measure washi tape at the bottom.  Unfortunately it's a bit shiny and didn't photograph well.

I'd like to enter my card into the following challenges:
Crafty Cardmakers #159  Go Green and
Allsorts Challenge  #353
Double D Challenge  Feeling Green

Hi Barb, I really like your card! From what you write, I think that we both are not the best friends of a sewing machine. So good that other people can take that job ;)
Have a nice afternoon and evening!
Hugs, Liv

I love the eclectic style of this card. Glad to see that Hubby's button came in handy, I'm always cutting the ribbons out of clothes to save. Mum's a fabulous dressmaker, I can just about sew on a button! Cara x

Wonderful card Barb. Love it.
May I suggest when you add a link in your blog you select " open link in new window" option as currently your link takes me away from your blog, not desirable for you. ( I've just been over to Karen's)
Thanks so much for sharing, Shaz in Oz.x
